12 Mar Customer Service Training – Keeping it simple but doing it well
We offer Customer Service Training to all sizes of businesses in all sectors. At present we are working off two globally recognised Customer Service Training concepts which have been used with great effect. The essence of the training is to ensure that the participants are involved in shaping how the training works in improving standards back at the place of work.
Over the past 12 months, we have carried out training workshops within Retail, Hospitality, Administration, Software, Healthcare, Childcare and other sectors.
Customer Service is a skill and like any skill it requires training and practise. CSEI are pleased to offer any business in either the Private or Public sector, a programme which is then supported by a follow-on recognition element which is the glue which makes it stick.
