16 Oct Meet Our Guest Speaker – Shalina Alabaksh
CSEI are delighted to confirm our guest speaker, Shalina Alabaksh, for our forthcoming workshop on Customer Service Excellence on 28th October in The Silver Tassie, Letterkenny.
Shalina is a master-class speaker with a background in retail at Selfridges, London, and Yves Saint Laurent Variation, Paris; and a finalist of the AAA Gold Award Woman of the Year 2010.
She is a director of Skillsmaze, a training consultancy brand which enables businesses and learning providers to improve their profitability.
Her extensive retail experience teamed with that of the best subject matter has enabled her to develop a range of bespoke retail, tourism and hospitality best practice solutions.
“Our SHINE programme for example looks at how top professionals work to five-star standards and constantly aim to achieve their personal best. We do this by exploring the concept of Shine: to serve, host, inspire, nurture and engage”.
Shalina will also outline the importance of Visual merchandising – the science that converts customers who browse into customers who purchase.
The Wild Atlantic Way – Customer Service Excellence Workshop will focus on the importance of matching product excellence with customer service excellence. This workshop is aimed at owners and managers in retail, hospitality and tourism.
