Tommy Higgins began his career in the music industry in Ireland in the 1970s, where he set up a chain of successful retail music stores in Ireland. He followed this success with a joint venture to bring the HMV retail brand to Ireland and went on to establish Ireland’s first computerised nationwide ticketing company, Ticketshop, which merged with Ticketmaster in 1997 to become Ticketmaster Ireland.
Tommy held a number of senior roles within Ticketmaster, including Group ManagingDirector of UK & Ireland for Ticketmaster and Executive Vice President of Ticketmaster Europe. Tommy has the experience of growing a brand by always putting the customer first. Speaking at our event, Tommy will concentrate on building and nurturing a brand.
Charlie Boyle has worked on Customer Service improvement programmes with the Marriott Hotel Group, Chelsea FC and London Olympics in 2012 before establishing and growing the concept in Ireland.
Currently CSEI is delivering programmes to the Aurivo (Connacht Gold) group, Cliffs of Moher, Costa Coffee and The Abbey Theatre.CSEI have also been appointed by the Irish Management Institute to create and deliver the customer service modules to their leading Top 100 businesses in Ireland.
