We felt the CXEI training was the number one opportunity to ensure that all staff at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience received the knowledge and inspiration to deliver world-class service to the visitors to the Cliffs of Moher. CXEI fully customized the programme to meet our needs and the pre-training measured audit visit provided something tangible that staff could take as a starting point from which to improve on. Staff were engaged in a very positive manner in a fun, interactive, and energetic workshop.
