Aurivo (Connacht Gold) have used both Charlie Boyle and CSEI in shaping and guiding our customer service initiative as one of our four pillars of management excellence. This involves the training of over 700 staff. Charlie’s practical yet focused approach is much appreciated by the management and staff who enjoy the manner in which all those who attend are involved in shaping our standards. We felt the CXEI training was the number one opportunity to ensure that all staff at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience received the knowledge and inspiration to deliver world-class service to the visitors to the Cliffs of Moher. CXEI fully customized the programme to meet our needs and the pre-training measured audit visit provided something tangible that staff could take as a starting point from which to improve on. Staff were engaged in a very positive manner in a fun, interactive, and energetic workshop.
