We felt the CSEI training was the number one opportunity to ensure that all staff at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience received the knowledge and inspiration to deliver world class service to the visitors to the Cliffs of Moher. CSEI fully customized the programme to meet our needs and the pre training measured audit visit provided something tangible that staff could take as a starting point from which to improve on. Staff were engaged in a very positive manner in a fun, interactive, and energetic workshop.
